There's nothing better than winning over an irate customer. BookMyForex did just that. I was initially disappointed with the USD currency notes I got. No major issues just small stamps but enough to be a bother for the fussy money changers in SEA. So they replaced almost all the notes with crispy 100 dollars that were absolutely mint quality. That too the next day. All credit goes to the young and dynamic Operations Manager Abhishek Mathur. He's a true customer service maniac. BookMyForex management you've got a gem, do what you need to keep him.
Oh and they do have the best forex rates. Reason why shifted from Centrum, with whom I've been dealing since 2010.

I would recommend bookmyforex to anyone who needs foreign currency. Don't go by my words. Simply call them and try.

I found them on Google and dialled their number, assuming they would also behave like any other currency exchange shop/company with an attitude of "I don't care". But my experience was completely opposite. I found their rate cheaper as compared to forex shops, western union or xyz.

The best part is that you dont have to call multiple shops. You just have to call them and they will contact their dealers to find you the best price and you dont have to worry about the capacity too. You name it and they have it

Kindly improve your user interface where user select option to collect forex card from your respective store. I had selected option to collect force card from my nearest location but when i had conversation with your representative he told you cant collection card from our store only two store are available in mumbai to collect it.so i had to change my delivery mode and i have to pay 150/- for this. So there should be information available when user select forex card then as per city show your store for collecting forex card and not your actual store.

BookMyForex is one of the best places to buy and load the Forex Card. The service is really good and unbelievably fast. The website is not that user-friendly, but I can say Ms. Namrata Sinha assisted me very well and explained the policies very clearly. They have one of the best exchange rates. I am completely satisfied by their service.

BMF team got the job done, however, the process is extremely painful. Your details are passed from agent to agent with very limited transparency about what is going on so you need to keep calling or keep receiving calls from their various agents. Promises are made that "you would get your forex instrument as soon as you make the transfer" but as soon as you make the transfer the due date changes to tomorrow. Their business partner wasted my whole day when I had a tight deadline.
