Worst service and unprofessional

Pathetic Service. Have caution before you use their service

BookMyForex team lacks coordination between teams, cannot keep the timelines they have promised, don't understand customer needs. Please use their services only if you have enough time for your travel and are ready to call and chase them till they deliver.

I have booked for forex (cash) on 29th Apr. Have told customer care that my travel is on 2nd May and if the cash will be delivered before the date only then I would book an order. The customer care confirmed that they would deliver the cash on the same day or max by next day i. E 30th Apr. I have paid and also immediately uploaded the documents. I immediately called customer care and they have confirmed that they have all the documents and there is no action on my side. Called customer care on 30th Apr morning, they said the delivery will be done on the same day. There is a mail from their customer care at 11.15AM that they need proof of relationship between the traveler and the person who paid the money as the names are different. We immediately called their customer care and told them that the same is in the documentation we provided. Customer care assured that everything is fine. After waiting for the delivery till 4PM, we again called customer care. They told that the delivery will be done on 2nd May. We have told that the travel is on 2nd May morning, hence the forex needs to be delivered by 30th Apr (They said they are not working on 1st May as it is a holiday). Customer care connected to the forex department, the person at the forex department said that he did not receive the document proof proving relationship between payee and the traveler and hence he did not process the order. We have told that the same was already part of the documentation uploaded on 29th Apr, the same has been clarified with customer care and also that the travel is on 2nd May and hence we need to get the forex on 30th Apr. He simply said he won't be able to arrange for delivery on 30th Apr, and it is not his problem. We had to cancel the order, and run around to find alternate ways to buy forex. No co-ordination between customer care and backend teams, they sit on the documentation for a whole day, donot even check the documents and ask for more proof, no adherence to the committed date, no urgency is shown to make an attempt to deliver as per customer needs. Pathetic service.

So, I had some US Dollars left with me after my trip...

So, I had some US Dollars left with me after my trip abroad. I requested BookmyForex to convert the money and transfer it in my account. I requested them on October 8,2014 and until October 21,2014 15:00 PM, i've heard it multiple times that i'll get the money tomorrow. I also came to know that they have some channel partners who perform these for you on behalf of BookMyForex. Some 'Centrum' is taking care of this. So, with the multiple parties, chances of lapses increase naturally. I would advise everyone to be assured of the services offered by this company and be careful while dealing. Following are excerpts of my conversation with them:-
