I've been using Triple Play for last 5 months and i opted for 6 MBPS plan for 350 GB for an year. For last 2 months, several engineers have visited my place for complaints of slow speed and they haven't been able to resolve it. The download speed comes to 200-300 KBPS for 6 mbps plan and engineers leave the place without resolving the issue.

Upon contacting the customer care, they do not know how to talk to customer.At times, they're very threatening and talk in a very rude manner, specially when the call is transferred to senior people.

So, I had some US Dollars left with me after my trip abroad. I requested BookmyForex to convert the money and transfer it in my account. I requested them on October 8,2014 and until October 21,2014 15:00 PM, i've heard it multiple times that i'll get the money tomorrow. I also came to know that they have some channel partners who perform these for you on behalf of BookMyForex. Some 'Centrum' is taking care of this. So, with the multiple parties, chances of lapses increase naturally. I would advise everyone to be assured of the services offered by this company and be careful while dealing. Following are excerpts of my conversation with them:-

The card encashment process takes a few days the data is first sent to the bank they give us clearance and then permission to encash the card.
