Gave advance token money for SGD cash, it's been 4 days and hasn't received currency yet. Tomorrow I have to catch the flight and stupid customer service are stalling and giving false promises of delivery. I wish I could have given No Star rating to them.

Cannot trust the service of bookmyforex. On one occasion they booked the order and just before travel date said that they cannot provide the currency due to shortage in market and on other occasion they asked to pick the currency while on my way to airport since they cannot deliver in time. Got better rates and much better service from offline vendors

Just tried to speak to one of the representative at the call center to sell $5000. 00 and to my surprise he was trying to avoid by giving diff excuses like team will look at it, team will call... blah blah blah and when i said are you trying to avoid giving answers to my query he disconnected the call.

I called after reading good review from other customer but i had bad experience.

In the month of April 2019, i had requested bookmyforex to upload my forex card by $2000 & they have uploaded $ 1927, which is $ 73. I have been following up with the customer department & till date they have not credited the $73 back to my card. They don't seem to keep up the contract of their commitment.

Book myforex holds your refund money when you return to india and sell your balance forex thro BMF. And no one helps. I have my money stuck and they are not even answering since 12 days when my refund will come, they have debited it from my forex cards and are holding my money.

When we sent our son for studies abroad I was worried about how to send him money and tution fee. Someone suggested BookMyforex to handle all my money transfers and drafts. Happy with them, but I feel they should do free home delivery of forex, irrespective of the amount.

I have been using their services since last 1 year ( 3 trips... 2 to Europe and 1 to Bali). Their rates are the best in the market and I have never faced any issues in Mumbai with their service.

My only suggestion would be to provide credit card payment option without any additional charges (Right now they charge 2.5% fees for credit card).

I recommend using prepaid forex cards for overseas trips from BookMyforex! I got a pretty good rate on these! Moreover, since I ordered travel insurance as well, I got an additional discount on the Combo Offer.

Rs. 200 for processing a wire transfer!... Even I was surprised when I first heard about it…. But that's exactly the rate I was charged when I did a wire-transfer to send my daughter's fee to her college in Australia. The exchange rate was also unbelievably great, so I ended up saving a lot of money. In fact I locked-in a live rate of my choice on the Company's website for the money transfer.

I booked some cash. "Kajal " was wonderful and handled things properly and dispite having a break next day, she did mange to delivery the currency as promised anyhow.
