This company is scam please stay way from this company and also it 4 people work in this company all of them fraud please don't take the ticket from this company

On November 13,2024 I have purchased a plane fare online thru Book My Air Travel. I got immediate confirmation via email that my booking was successfully completed. It listed the flight itinerary with flight price details: Total charged $503.26. Afterwards I got a phone call from the travel agency stating that my flight doesn't include any check-in luggage or guaranteed seat assignments. He said in order to include these services I have to upgrade and pay over $1,200. I said NO. I told him to just cancel my reservation he said it's already booked and it's a basic economy fare it can't be cancelled. We went back and forth for 45 minutes. I ended up talking to Samuel a manager. He charged me $975.01 which is an upgrade to include check in baggage and seat assignments (aisle seat). 3 weeks ago I called ANA and was advised that I paid $825.01 for basic economy which doesn't include guaranteed seat assignment. I told ANA I paid $975.01 but ANA said no the fare paid is $825.01. I tried contacting them but was on hold for over 30 minutes. I also sent them an email but they never replied. Finally I called my credit card company to inquire and was told there are 2 charges $825.01 for ANA and $150 for a third party called Fair Swing. I have since disputed the $150. This company is shady and should be investigated for unprofessional business practices that includes scamming customers for more money than what the airline is legitimately charging. I have also filed a case with the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) and was assigned an ID Case number. Today the BBB sent me an email stating that they have forwarded my complaint to Book My Air Travel and so far have not heard back from the agency. I'm sharing this experience so that other travelers looking for competitive air travel should avoid this travel agency.

Stay away from this scammers! They so rude even when you call customer Service! He called me a liar.
They don't even have communication ethics at all!

It offered a trip using Aer Lingus airline and I've tried to double check, this air line didn't have any flights on the days this website quoted. You will lose your money and may be more (credit card info)

Scam! Advertise a price you pay for the ticket get a call saying I only have a stand by flight. Told to pay more money for a upgrade when there was never anything saying the original was a stand by flight and non refundable. Reported and closed the bank account. Total Scam Indian Accents.

Make sure before you give your personal Information. I book Airlines then i ask for my ticket then started saying you have to pay extra money for everything.
I don't recommended to book from this website.

I selected luggage when placing my reservation, for $0.01 less this company offered a ticket on frontier. When I purchased the ticket there was a message saying a rep would call to complete the booking( a little weird). The rep told me luggage was included for an additional cost of $70.00 each way. When I went to the airport I was informed that I did not have luggage included. I ended up paying an additional $362.00

For what I paid ( my total was $641.00) I could have bought a Delta ticket and avoid all this drama. I called the company and he lied and said the rep told me I had the option to pay for my bags at the airport. My question was, what was the additional $140.00 for he couldn't answer. After checking the reviews the BBB do not recommend using this company.

One last thing ALWAYS book directly through the airline.

This company operates as a bait and switch. They advertise a low fare and then once you book that fare, an agent calls a couple days later stating that the airline will charge you 1-2k at check in. The also said I would be subject to "standby" booking 2 months in advance. My kids 6 and 8 would be sitting by themselves. Etc etc...

I made the reservation on FARECOMPARE, I made the worst selection of air tickets of my life, I booked 2 tickets from Argentina to Brazil and they cost 631 dollars, when I gave them all the required information (credit card, identification) they told me that the tickets were already They were not available and I had to pay an additional 410 dollars, because if I didn't I would lose my 631 dollars, that is, they sell cheap tickets and it is a LIE, A BIG SCAM, the staff treats you badly, they pressure you, they offend you, to conclude, THEY DON'T KNOW THEM DO NOT EVER MAKE A RESERVATION WITH <> because they will make you have the most unpleasant experience you have ever had, THEY ARE SCAMS

Scammers tried to sell us a ticket for $300 and ended up threatening us that if we didn't pay the full $900 we would lose the ticket. Liars, scammers DO NOT BUY HERE

Bait & switch company run out of an apartment in Cockeysville MD. They'll allow you to book your flight with no problems but within 5min you'll receive a callback from them that they are having issues with your charge card. Asked us to send pictures of front & back of our card. In another 5min we received another call stating those fares were no longer available. Everything under the sun was going to cost additional. BIG additional! Baggage fees (SouthWest offers 2 bags free) were needed unless we upgraded, for another fee. We tried to change times or airlines, fees, fees! So while I was on the phone my wife called the airline directly & booked. You guessed it, more fees! Actually, it was, "No cancelation! Sorry." I told them not to charge my card or I'll report them to the credit bureau, and hung up. They called me back! FOUR TIMES! Tried to threaten me. Taunted me etc. If Trivago transfers you to them (like they did to me) HANG UP IMMEDIATELY!

If I could give it zero stars, I would give it to him. This company is a scam. I bought a ticket for my brother, they sent me the confirmation and that they would call me in 24 hours, they didn't, and we called. They told us that the airline did not accept that ticket and that they had to pay $414 more to improve it, we told them that we did not accept that, that we paid the price they had on the internet, in the end they told us that they were not going to refund or give us credit for that. They are definitely a scam. Don't buy a ticket with them.

Don't believe any positive review about them, it's all a lie, it's probably them posting those reviews. These people deserve zero stars for their abysmal customer service. They engage in a practice called "bait and switch," advertising false airfares. When you book, you receive an email saying your booking is confirmed, but within hours, you get a call claiming the fare has many restrictions and suggesting you add options to make it manageable, raising the price significantly. Total scammers. The three people I spoke with all had Indian accents, leading me to believe they operate out of Kolkata, India, a known scam hub.
I refused to pay extra or add anything. Immediately after making the reservation, I read more about them and locked my card. I called my bank, canceled my current card, and requested a new one. Fortunately, the bank informed me they hadn't taken any money yet, likely waiting to extract more from me. What a joke.
Stay away, stay away, stay away. Not worth the hassle.

This happened twice with me
After charging my card and giving me confirmation, next day they called and wanted to charge me more giving me silly (Oh the airline increased the fare) I even called the airline personally myself, they said I have to deal with the agency that did my booking
The agent at book my travel was literally pressuring me if I did not agree to paying more he was ready to cancel my booking, I even asked to speak to the manager, the Assistant told me they have No manager available, and have to decide ASAP … after having confirmation, they want to rip people worst site please do not do business with them

Easily the best site that I've found for finding low cost flights. Very easy to navigate especially on Mobile and Computer.
