I was very disappointed.
And am not sure to use it again...
Found the room I needed in no time at all at a reasonable price.
I was booking the room for the advertised rate of $143, took me 2 minutes to enter my info and card information only to learn that the rate expired. That's just wrong to change the rate 30 seconds after advertised.
Booked hotel for one night. Got to hotel said we arrived wrong day. Called and agent said if they could speak to hotel rep and email them the confirmation that I paid AGAIN for hotel they would refund me. Hotel spoke with them and got the email address and emailed them while I was standing there. Was told I would get refund in 7-14 days. I have called back so many times and done everything I've been told and 19 days later they still have NOT refunded me
Everything went well with the booking and the resort was very accommodating.
Simple and easy booking. Allowed for an easy same day hotel find.
I booked a hotel that (in theory as it show it on the map) was in Kaş (Turkey). Once I book it and I had to check the location to go there I put the direction on Google maps and the hotel wad in the other side of the country. So the hotel was more than 1000 km away of where it was suposed to be.
I asked for a refund and nobody answered me.
I feel scamed.
Difficult to navigate drop down menus on mobile device. Other sites did not have this problem.
It was easy and fast and it was the best price for what I was looking for
We booked a King size bed. When we arrived, the hotel said they didn't have any king beds available and didn't know why bookings would book one for us. The hotel said they had booked their last king bed more than 6 hours previous.
You are all scammers. Couldn't book! No communication regarding mail exchanges. I provided my card details to no end. Nothing happens and you get to keep my card details? Scammers!

Apparently, I waited too long to book a room at a lower price and now have to pay $25 more.

I reported a problem with the functioning of the website several days ago, but I have not received any relevant response, except to thank you for bringing it to my attention.
The telephone service is even worse, you cannot be reached and after much difficulty, the answer was that you would call me back, which did not happen.

Found this website last minute booking a room in Vegas. Great price quick and easy to use. Will use again.
