Purchased a product December 7th, 2021. 2 weeks later there was still no update on shipping. Emailed them 3 times with no response. Finally after 3 weeks, a FedEx tracking number was generated and the status of the chair I ordered changed to shipped. FedEx number when put into their website, says it doesn't exist. Emailed them again regarding this issue, no response. It's now January 12th, I've sent them a total of probably 8 or so emails (since when you call long distance to China, no one answers anyways), still no chair, tracking number still doesn't work, and still no response.

I purchased a gaming chair for my teenager from this company on December 4th, 2021, as a Christmas Gift. When it didn't arrive by the 20th of December I emailed as there was no update on if the product was shipped. After their website stated it would be processed within 24 hours, and it had been weeks with absolutely no update on shipping. I decided to email them and a few days later it showed that it had a FedEx tracking number and that the order was finally shipped.

I then quickly submit to track it as now my daughter is super excited! But alas FedEx site tells me the number is nonexistent. So as of today, it is January 15th and I have not heard anything and have sent them at least 5 emails and even emailed their so-called bulk ordering account as well in hopes that I will get a response.

Tip for consumers:
Don't Ever Order From Them!!!

I'm glad i purchased this recliner i had this for awhile now and it really makes me relax while watching movies. It also matches my other recliner I purchased recently. It has really good cushion and very comfortable to seat on. It is 1 seating recliner and fits me perfectly.

I emailed Bonzy Home now for 30 days, and still no reply. I just get an auto response. The chair had burrs on it, a scuffed place, like someone sanded on it, and the left padding on the arm rest, had far less padding then the right side. The right side was packed solid, but the left side, had a low spot in it, almost like it was missing or it was used by someone. The seat has thick padding on the front, left and right sections(edges), but the center and back section of the seat, has padding so thin, my $#*! bottoms out, and feels like I am sitting on a board. I have to put a pillow on it, so I can sit down and write this review, and so my $#*! doesn't hurt. I have feeling I will have to either take the chair apart if they never respond to fix this, and add my own padding. I bought this chair from microcenter.
Update:
I finally got a response from Bonzyhome, and they won't do anything, nor stand behind their product, they said to contact Microcenter. Microcenter contacted me, and they won't ship me replacement parts for the chair, nor will they pay for the shipping back to them. In fact, I would have to drive 60 miles to take the chair to them, and they don't have a replacement nor parts for the chair. They said, I could return the chair, but how is that going to pay for gas driving 120 miles in a truck?

Tip for consumers:
Do Not Buy any of their products. They don't respond. The workmanship is bad. Uneven padding, not enough padding and other finishing flaws(manufacture).

I got a Bonzy Gaming chair. There were defects. I emailed them around 4 times, and no one is responding. The padding on the seat was insufficient to keep your $#*! from bottoming out. The arm pad on one side has very little foam padding in it and is very loose and sloppy. Worse piece of crap that I have ever gotten from some company. There was a scrape on one of the arms and in two other places there are these flanges or burrs that stab your skin. It says on their site they will contact you in 48 hours, but that isn't true. It has been a good month and yet no reply to any of my emails.

What a nightmare! I ordered two small side tables. I received a recliner. After many email conversations the company offered to sell me the recliner at cost--I stated that I did not want the recliner and to please send me a return shipping label. They then told me to accept the recliner as compensation for having sent me the wrong product. I do not want the recliner and now have to figure some way to dispose of it. Now about the tables--one was sent via FedEx. It went from California to Arizona to Pennsylvania to Indiana to Kansas to Colorado and was finally delivered to New Mexico which is where I live. The second table was delivered to Saint Paul, Minnesota. I have sent them another email--we'll see what happens now...

Think twice about using this company.
