The site claims the 1/24/22 was "shipped" via USPS the next day.
Per USPS the supplied tracking number cannot be found.
The original order remains

Patience

I've ordered from them twice. My first order came quickly…black ear loop kn95 masks. Great quality and fit. Second order, it's been maybe three weeks-but I'm not worried. They're overwhelmed with orders due to mask changes with our new Covid omicron variant. The masks are worth the wait and if they don't arrive after a couple months…PayPal will get your refund for you!

I have used Bona Fide since the pandemic began. Their N95 mask is well fitting and sturdy. Their customer service has been spectacular.

Since Covid-19 we have had to provide our own masks, since not working on a Covid unit in a hospital but in outpatient surgery. Masks should be FDA approved and bought from a trusted distributor. MANY are not, and sell masks that are not safe. We found Bona Fide Masks through a review of approved masks and approved distributors. We have ordered KN95 (POWECOM) and N95 (Harley) masks... some with ear loops BUT... others with headband loops. THEY are the premier distributor of "POWECOM" MASKS in the US, which are FDA approved. Bona Fide Masks prices are fair. The owner is so hands-on, and always available to answer questions, just keeping track of things... I highly recommend this company and each of their many PPE products, especially masks that you can trust.

Purchased masks in mid-December and felt good when I got a message from Bill, the owner with a telephone number and personal email. Size does not fit from simply glancing, and wanted to return or exchange immediately after receiving the. Never received a reply from the customer service email. Moreover, Bill does not answer or respond to VMs or eMails. After several weeks, still NO reply from any source. Agree with another customer that 'Negative' stars would be more appropriate.

Not an honest group

I ordered a set of masks and all went so well I ordered another. Those didn't work with glasses. When I asked for a refund, customer service was awful. They don't mention that they don't work with glasses and when you put up a review to let people know, they don't post it - they are only posting positive reviews. Just a dishonest place, through and through. Too bad - I like to shop Mom and Pop places. Just not dishonest ones.

Their website says the masks are in stock but it took 3 weeks for them to ship. I tried contacting them twice but got no response. The masks were good but this is a review of the seller.

The masks finally showed up & the quality is good. I was also able to call & speak to someone in customer service who apologized for the slow delivery & lack of response. I reversed my stop payment but I'm still only giving them 3 stars out of 5 for the inconvenience.

Still Waiting

I submitted an order on 12/21/21 for 50 white and 50 black Powecom KN95 masks. They sent an auto reply saying my order shipped about 10 d later and provided a UPS tracking #, but this order has been in limbo for nearly a month (stuck at the "label created" stage since 12/31/21). It's now 1/20/22--a month since I purchased the masks. I've emailed Bona Fide 4 times, no answer. I have no idea what to do except contact my credit card co and cancel the payment. AWFUL customer service.

Order is incomplete

I knew it would take them awhile to ship out the masks since Omicron arrived but when I finally received them a month after ordering, the order was incomplete! I ordered 130 masks and I received 100. (some kn95 adult sizes and some kids) The quality was ok, I've gotten better ones on Amazon. Really disappointed at their non-responsive customer service and feel like I've been swindled.

Never received my order

I placed my order on Jan 6,2022 and it's Jan 26th. I've emailed 4 times and called multiple times with no response. Irresponsible company. Complete lack of customer service. Do not recommend ordering online from this company.

I have just hung up with my credit card company and filed a dispute with them.
Placed two orders in 2021 and had no issues. On Dec 22,2021, I placed my last order. It was a higher volume of masks. But, hey, if you don't have enough, don't sell it, right? Purchase was approved.
I have never received a tracking number, an email back (after emailing them through 3 different email addresses), an SMS, or anything.
Every time I visited their website in the meantime, I noticed they had changed something: you couldn't see their delivery time frame anymore, for example; or they had a new email address for orders (which they also don't seem to check).
I'd suggest that everyone stayed away from them. I feel dumb and scammed.

Bona Fide Masks (https://bonafidemasks.com/) is absolutely terrible! I question if they're even a legit company or outright scammers who are capitalizing on the current COVID situation.

I placed my order on their website almost a month ago. My masks have yet to arrive. My countless calls and emails have gone unanswered. But my credit card has been charged! Shady operation! I'll be filing a complaint with my credit card issuer and placing my next mask order from Amazon. 2-day shipping and always stellar customer service. Unlike this shady outfit.

Avoid Bona Fide Masks at all costs! They talk a big game on their website, but it's all smoke and mirrors.

Shame on them -- and shame on me for getting duped!

Horrible and unresponsive customer service!

01/27 Update -
As follow-up to my above review, BonaFide has never responded to my many messages. I still have no masks. And have written to NYT Wirecutter about their recommendation of this company. I am concerned that Wirecutter is not independent from their reviews and instead an advertising arm that gains compensation for products recommended... but awaiting their response.

Ordered masks after my daughter recommended. It took them 2 weeks to ship. After it was shipped it never arrived!
No one to speak to!

Find another company to get your masks!
Disgusting company with no response! How can they get away with this?

Rapid Covid Tests

I ordered 5 rapid covid test kits, arrived on Jan 6,2022. Expiration date is March 2022, they would not let me return. I expected a better expiration date for the price I paid.
I also ordered N95 masks, not worth it. Home Depot had better 3M N95 masks. Buyer beware.

Don't buy from this place!

Reading an article on People magazine about where to buy KN95 and where they were still available. I clicked on the link in the article (https://people.com/health/cant-find-a-kn95-or-n95-mask-this-expert-says-to-double-up-on-these-two-types/) and ordered online on 1/5/22. My card was charged on 1/6 and after a week, no status change on my order. I called the customer service number over and over for the last 2 weeks and it is always busy. I actually called and left a message on Bill Taubners voicemail and of course, never heard back. I emailed asking that they cancel my order and I still have yet to receive a response. I finally called my bank and filed a claim with them so that I can get my money back.

Masks are not wearable

The black masks are so scratchy that they are not wearable. Because they are PPE they would not refund them. Do NOT buy them!
