I just send my second email about my order. No replay yet. 10 days almost passed. Will contact my bank for a refund. I was expecting a better customer service.
I ordered masks in early Jan 2022, and the ETA was supposed to be 3-5 days. It is already end of January, and I still have not received the masks. I received an autogenerated email earlier in Jan citing delays in their supply chain. I have tried calling multiple times, sent numerous emails to customer service, etc. to cancel my order, but I have not been able to get ahold of anybody. FEELS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM. WISH I NEVER ORDERED FROM THEIR SITE.
I ordered K95 masks over 3 months ago and have never received them. Of course I paid for them when I ordered them. I'm guessing this company is a scam
Still waiting for order. Look elsewhere. Not happy. Customer service made all kinds of excuses for the delay.

I wish I hadn't ordered so many. But my first purchase of black kn95s from them was good, so I went for it on my second order. Bonafide shipped the masks nearly a month after the order was placed. The black masks have such a toxic chemical smell that I couldn't even wear them. I'd emailed every email address I could find several times and called endlessly, and the line is either busy or rings forever. What's the point of breathng in toxic chemicals for hours to protect from covid. And these are made in China, if that matters to you. There must be something better.

BUT FINALLY, they got back to me, and we're very honest and all-round about the lack of service. And they refunded me the Black kn95s, no questions asked. They explained that although they take quality sourcing seriously, they want me to be safe rather than sorry. They also informed me that the dye is a potential source of this intolerable smell, but that each batch may be different, even if quality control and fit this reason they refunded me. I appreciated this greatly, and I kept the white n95s because they were not as problematic smelling. And in the future Id order white, undyed masks from them with the caveat that this newest part of their business is still bumpy.
I ordered on Jan 4,2022 and still don't have them. They took their money and today is Jan 17th no tracking no masks.
I submitted an order on December 28,2021 for 20 N95 and 10 KN95 masks. My credit card was charged immediately. After three weeks my order was still "awaiting fulfillment". I attempted to contact them once using the submission form on their website and three times using all three email addresses they had listed. All I ever got in response was an automated email saying my business was important and they would contact me soon. I then began calling and, after multiple times receiving a busy signal, I made contact. The rep checked the order and informed me that it was due to ship that very day. Coincidence? Probably not. The order shipped and was delivered three days later. Unfortunately, I did not receive what I ordered but got 30 KN95 masks which wouldn't have necessarily been a big deal except the N95's were over twice the price. I called and informed them of the error and, to their credit, they were apologetic, told me to keep the extra KN95's and that they would immediately ship out, three day air, the missing N95's. I did not receive any shipping confirmation, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That is until after 10 days and no delivery. Called again today and discovered that the replacement N95's had never been shipped. The rep assured me that she would personally walk the order to the warehouse to ensure it got sent out. I requested that she email me a shipping confirmation with tracking info and, while she agreed to do so, she made it clear that it was going to create additional work for her to keep checking for that info in order to send it to me. I received a confirmation email with tracking info shortly thereafter which indicated that they had shipped the entire original order, not just the missing piece.
In conclusion, their disorganization and incompetence has cost them 30 KN95s as well as my business and that of everyone I steer away from them.
If you do order from them and have problems, don't waste time emailing. Call and keep redialing until you get through. Insist they email you shipping confirmation. If all fails, just dispute your credit card charge.
