STAY AWAY!

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! THEY CLAIM TO BE TICKETMASTER AND GIVE YOU A TOTAL PRICE, BUT AFTER YOU PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD IN THEY CHARGE ENORMOUS FEES. AS SOON AS YOU CATCH THEM, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!

Worst company

They would not refund my money from a cancelled concert. But the gave me a bonus credit. Funny thing is they raid the prices so much. That ticket that should have been 80, actually cost me 150. I will never use them again

So I am writing much like others. I ordered tickets six months ago. I overpaid because there were hidden fees that you do no see until after you hit send or buy. I chauked it up to oh well at least they will be awesome tickets. BUT now many phone calls and less than 8 hours away I am still being told my tickets will come. They first told me 10 days before event. Then they told me 2 days before event, then told me they dont have the exact tickets will I take lesser, then told me those lesser would come in 20 minutes. Now 8 hours I am still arguing with a person on the phone who says he is the best person to talk to and there are no other supervisors to talk to and to trust him that I will have the tickets before the event. TRUST HIM that is a joke. I wish I had read reviews before i used them. Use another agent to get your tickets.

SCAM

I have been waiting for our tickets for 5 months. On their website, it states the tickets were delivered to us when indeed we never received them. I have attempted to contact customer service but, they will not transfer us to a live agent until the day of the event. How the F*** are we traveling 6 hours without knowing if we have tickets or not. Do yourself a favor and do not use them!

I purchased concert tickets for june of 2020. The concert was cancelled due to covid. Bold tickts will not honor the guarantee. They say they will not refund money, but will only allow credit for future concerts. I do not want credit I want my money returned. DO NOT USE BOLD TICKETS>

Fail at Service

Purchased tickets to an event, the event was canceled due to the pandemic... Bold will not issue a refund on the tickets, only offering a credit. This has got to be illegal. Do not purchase tickets from BOLD, there is a reason their rating is so low... STAY AWAY.

If Elton John was aware of the company handling his concert, I think he would be disappointed as well. Bottom line, because the venue has not been officially cancelled or rescheduled, they are holding my money hostage...$1000. 00 is a lot of money and potentially a lot of interest for someone. Customer service was unavailable and 'live chat' was rote/mechanical and not at all helpful. I am filing a BBB claim as well as using an attorney to reclaim my money. They are hiding behind their refund verbage.

Unethical business practices. They do not provide a breakdown of charges. It is not until you check out that they add on a ridiculous amount of hidden fees.

They will not refund my money for a concert Cancelled due to Covid 19. Initially they promised a refund in 10 Days that never happened I called again they said 30 days, then when 30 days passed they told me there was "no time frame for refunds"... after 60 days I get an email saying "No refunds" will be issue. Their awful. Don't use this company for ticket purchases.

Can you say " GOUGE "

What a scam! They snatch up tickets by the thousands and then charge you double the price. No wonder why ticket prices in LV are 3 times the cost of tickets anywhere else. All artists should boycott Las Vegas. DO NOT USE BOLD TICKET! I would give them less than one star if it were possible.

Will never go through them again was supposed to get 2 two day passes to na lcs championship in Detroit mi, at the little ceasers arena and got told that my second day tickets had a lift error and that I couldnt go to my event which I purchased ticket 2 months ago and got in contact with there customer support and they couldnt tell me that there was an issue with my tickets till a half hour before my event, which was an hour from my house and they say there tickets a guaranteed, yeah right they said I may not get full refund either

Purchased tickets in September to attend an 11-24-18 concert. Tickets are going to be electronic. The message states I'll receive my tickets by 11/20? Very VERY uncomfortable with a 2 month delay in receipt? This is $800 worth of entertainment for a special occasion. Tickets for 6 people. There is going to be a WHOLE LOT of angry and social media/tech savvy people PISSED if there is any problem with this order.

Is there a way to ask a question directly to Boldticket? Really tempted to cancel thru my credit card and find a safer route.
