If Elton John was aware of the company handling his concert, I think he would be disappointed as well. Bottom line, because the venue has not been officially cancelled or rescheduled, they are holding my money hostage...$1000. 00 is a lot of money and potentially a lot of interest for someone. Customer service was unavailable and 'live chat' was rote/mechanical and not at all helpful. I am filing a BBB claim as well as using an attorney to reclaim my money. They are hiding behind their refund verbage.
