I had very very horrible experience with the quality of the coats from Boden. Such an expensive coat and extremely poor quality. It ripped within 2 times wearing. The fabric is very poor quality and can't believe how they claim 365 days return and quality products. I'm so disappointed because not only did I spend a lot of money on this coat, I have waste lots of times to choose and order.

The last two orders I have made they have sent me the wrong items. I ordered a Christmas jumper on sale, it took a long time to arrive and they sent me a men's instead of women's jumper. I emailed asking for a replacement and instead they have refunded my 133 dollars and said I need to return the men's medium and re purchase the Women's jumper.

After getting a dress as a gift I was delighted. A couple of weeks later i washed the dress as it developed a strange smell which was odd. I washed it as instructions and it shrunk. I sent the dress back with tag.
Later that week a phone call asking for the buyers details, phone number and where they bought the dress from. I was shocked dress with tag and labels and I have to contact the person who gifted it to me to get a replacement or credit note. I'm afraid I couldn't give these details as it wasn't appropriate. One parcel and 2 letters and now a email later. They have kept the dress and still refuse to help me. Plus I have been a good customer of theirs. Dress sent back 01/20 today 30/5. Never again.

Don't go there. Don't buy anything from there?

2. Thus refunded the items the day I got them. As in. In the packaging. Resaleable conditions.
Boden acknowledged the items received by them. Their live chat agreed to refund my item. But never refunds the item. Raised paypal case, but still refused to refund my money.

Awesome and lovely clothes and great customer service. They could wash a little better, but I love that the clothes are quite different than other one!

My friends gisted me a gist card at this shop. I looked and found some cool things that I would like to order. Perhaps I will wait till sales and order more things.

I bought All-Weather Waterproof Jacket and Trouser for my daughter at the end of the season last year for her upcoming next year and was thinking the quality of Boden is good so it is worth it to pay such an expense. This year winter she started to wear, play in the snow a couple times. However, after just a few times of playing in the snow I could see the jacket already falling apart. First the trouser and jacket hem ripped a hole in it only after 2 times wearing during recess. The zipper is detached from the fabric at the hoodie part and makes it difficult as it needs to zip up every time to connect to the hoodie. Yesterday I was shock when I saw one of the buttons fell off the jacket I'm so disappointed because not only did I spend a lot of money on the jacket and snow pants, I have waste lots of times to choose and order. Unfortunately, Boden solution is returning money but what is going on with Boden quality. Please let me know what I should do with this horrible jacket which now does not even have a bottom so that I can close it in this cold winter weather. The air will pass through the zip so I need to bottom the up layer on the top of the zip. Very disappointed with the Boden solution.
I have reached the customer care as well so that they repair the bottom for me and send it back so that my daughter can use it. Unfortunately, Boden does not care. The customer chat told me he will pass this to the global team department and I will get a response soon. It's been 3 days since I had a talk with them and there is no reply yet.

Boden is responsible for this and needs to repair it. Returning money is not the answer for this.

I am absolutely satisfied with Boden clothing. I ordered a dress and it fit better that I expected. Quality Products!

I truly appreciate their quick customer service and the way they communicate with their users. I hope they continue to improve.
