BUYER BEWARE!

The worst experience ever. I bought a gps watch for my daughter when she started school through this site. They sent me a defective watch and refused to do an even exchange or refund. I took the watch to at&t they are the ones that showed me it was non responsive to the sim card. Their is no customer service phone number. The number posted to call 24/7 is a number that never ever is answered its an auotmated machine that tells you to send an e-mail to people who respond with "upload a video of your problem to this link" the link never works and you never get help. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT. TERRIBLE WEBSITE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this website. Anything you think you want from here order through ebay or amazon atleast then you can get a real refund or exchange if they send you a defective item.

Do not waste your time ordering their products because they do not get back to you if there's something wrong of it. Note customer service and no returns, once you order something there is no returning it.

Crappy bikinis

Received bikinis, worst workmanship i have ever seen... underwire protruding. Sewn around the protruding underwire. Emailed them and absolutely no response or apology or exchange offer... worst company i have come across... you get a O from me and no recommendations..

Contacted them via emails three times already and still no response. I am trying to get an exchange for a slimming belt that is not to size accordingly and they are not responding. The stuff is shipped directly from China so I wonder whether the sizing is not for American sizing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID! Worst online company I have ever dealt with. I have now been waiting nearly 3 months for the item and the customer service is AWFUL! I have been demanding a refund but no one is getting back to me. Absolute scammers! DO NOT USE! I imagine most of the positive reviews on here are fake.

Really sorry for ordering the slim fit waist slimmer.Its been a month and I still didnt receive it.It says based in Canada but it seems everything ships from China. I could got better quality waist trainer for same price and in 2 days from Amazon. I will never order from this company again. Lesson learned :(

I waited 47 days for a bikini to arrive. Looked great in the photo but extremely poor quality when it eventually turned up! In the mean time, I contacted this company on several occasions for an update on my order and was answered by an automated service (Robot)! Take note of what people are saying and don't waste your money!

Have been waiting 37 days for my delivery now.
This is the reply from Customer service 3/9:
"We ask customers to kindly allow up to 30 days for their package to arrive."

This is the reply from customer Service 12/9:
"We ask customers to kindly allow up to 45 days for their package to arrive".

So, they just keep postponing the date of delivery. Now they dont reply to my questions anymore.

Never again!

Bought a bikini and full swimsuit after seeing their ad pop up on my Facebook account on several occasions. The swimsuit was so badly made that it is completely unwearable and the quality of the fabric of both items, of very poor quality (with little to no stretch). I sent photos of the faulty swimsuit as requested via messenger ( I found it difficult to contact them in any other way). The faults were obvious to say the least (threads hanging off, warped sewing, badly cut); I was ready to throw it straight into the bin. On Bodeaz receiving my complain, I was directed to their returns policy which basically states I can get a store credit or a replacement only, no refunds were provided. The next step was for me to return the item/items which would cost me around AUD 26. With NO faith in their products I am reluctant to spend any additional money only to receive 'something' as disappointing as what I had just received. I feel like I have been conned. Never again!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a black & white swimsuit a month ago, 20 days later, I received the wrong order, a random piece of black polyester. I contacted them, they reply back instantly, (could be a robot) telling me that the right order will be in witjin 30 days & offering me a 20% discount on my next order. How ridiculous, I'll never use this website again and I don't recommend it to anyone.
