Great Product

My first smart watch. I am very happy with this purchase. This is a great watch! Tells time, receives notices from my phone and once I got use to wearing it, very comfortable. Granted the device runs on a proprietary interface, but once you get use to it, it is very easy to use.

Wow! So happy with my orders. Original Fitshop pro now Bodeaz. First order came fast and very happy with quality of bathing suit. 2nd order had a few hiccups, but customer service, Thank you Jayshawn was excellent! Helped assure me and made sure my order arrived in time for my vacation. Can't wait to do more shopping at Bodeaz.com

I didnt know this waist trainer is going to help me so much. Im so happy and definitely I will continue to purchase another ones. Since I started to use the waist trainer I lost few inches and the results are visible! I just love it.

Hi all! I wanted to write about my experience here because for some reason this page won't let you leave reviews (red flag). I ordered a bathing suit about a month ago that I found on Facebook. After taking nearly a month to arrive from China (I did not realize it would take that long, received no tracking information, and emails asking where my order was went unanswered), I tried on the top and realized it was too big. No problem, this is a risk when shopping online. I reached out, hoping for an even exchange to a smaller size. The rep I spoke to told me the ONLY way to receive an exchange would be to take a photo of myself measuring the dimensions of the suit, and if it differed from their measurements listed on their site, they would exchange. First of all, regardless of the dimensions provided, bodies work differently, and a certain bust size from one store may fit different than a bust size from a different store. The suit is unworn, and the fact that I have to jump through hoops for an even exchange is mind boggling. Trust me when I say I will never be ordering from this site again. I wanted to warn everyone else- the suits are cute, but the customer service and dollars down the drain are simply not worth it. Thanks for your time!

I bought a fitness band and couldn't connect it to my phone. In order to return it I was asked to send a video in order to proof that the product they sent was malfunctioning. Kind of hard to shoot a video about connecting a fitness band to a phone.

This company is a joke

Are they for real? I have been waiting for my bikini over a month (longer) and keep getting these weird robotic responses via messenger when I ask about it. Is there any hope me ever receiving this and? Or being able to do anything about it? Stay away from them

I waited 47 days for a bikini to arrive. Looked great in the photo but extremely poor quality when it eventually turned up! In the mean time, I contacted this company on several occasions for an update on my order and was answered by an automated service (Robot)! Take note of what people are saying and don't waste your money!

This company is a scam
They do not answer emails and do not provide a phone number(red flag)
I have been trying to return an item for a month and have gotten no where
Ordered 1 shirt and the quality was poor, sizing was off and it was not the same shirt shown on site
Order from Amazon peeps, never use PayPal either as you have no way to stop payments

Last Dec, 2018, I ordered 3 items to this company on line. Until now I haven't received those items. I paid more than $204 and went to the waste my money. At first, I contacted the customer service and they assured me that in few weeks I will received my items. They even gave me a tracking no and I kept on checking my items it says that is already in the custom here in Canada but when I called the customer service they said that they cannot do anything so I said I want my money back but then they stop communicating with me. I kept on emailing them and called many times their number but always answering service. Very bad customer service and bad company. Very frustrated that I cannot get my money back. No product deliver and no money back. What kind of company is this, they are SCAMMER. Please do not order in this company. They take your money without product produce. Very upset to this people. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT TO THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I ordered my wife 4 watches for Christmas back in November. Long story short, the watches didn't arrive until January. Only 2 of the 4 watches made it and one was shattered on arrival. All Bodeaz offer's is instore-credit so I can re-order these watches and wait another 6 weeks to see if they can actually pull through this time. I'd recommend ordering from someone who can guarantee your purchase or give you a full refund.

AVOID! Worst online company I have ever dealt with. I have now been waiting nearly 3 months for the item and the customer service is AWFUL! I have been demanding a refund but no one is getting back to me. Absolute scammers! DO NOT USE! I imagine most of the positive reviews on here are fake.

Really sorry for ordering the slim fit waist slimmer.Its been a month and I still didnt receive it.It says based in Canada but it seems everything ships from China. I could got better quality waist trainer for same price and in 2 days from Amazon. I will never order from this company again. Lesson learned :(

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a black & white swimsuit a month ago, 20 days later, I received the wrong order, a random piece of black polyester. I contacted them, they reply back instantly, (could be a robot) telling me that the right order will be in witjin 30 days & offering me a 20% discount on my next order. How ridiculous, I'll never use this website again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Contacted them via emails three times already and still no response. I am trying to get an exchange for a slimming belt that is not to size accordingly and they are not responding. The stuff is shipped directly from China so I wonder whether the sizing is not for American sizing.

Bought a bikini and full swimsuit after seeing their ad pop up on my Facebook account on several occasions. The swimsuit was so badly made that it is completely unwearable and the quality of the fabric of both items, of very poor quality (with little to no stretch). I sent photos of the faulty swimsuit as requested via messenger ( I found it difficult to contact them in any other way). The faults were obvious to say the least (threads hanging off, warped sewing, badly cut); I was ready to throw it straight into the bin. On Bodeaz receiving my complain, I was directed to their returns policy which basically states I can get a store credit or a replacement only, no refunds were provided. The next step was for me to return the item/items which would cost me around AUD 26. With NO faith in their products I am reluctant to spend any additional money only to receive 'something' as disappointing as what I had just received. I feel like I have been conned. Never again!

Have been waiting 37 days for my delivery now.
This is the reply from Customer service 3/9:
"We ask customers to kindly allow up to 30 days for their package to arrive."

This is the reply from customer Service 12/9:
"We ask customers to kindly allow up to 45 days for their package to arrive".

So, they just keep postponing the date of delivery. Now they dont reply to my questions anymore.

It has taken well over 30 days to get a pair of leggings delivered. Although I have emailed & left numerous voice mail messages I have only received 1 response from customer service from someone named Jayshawn with incorrect information & an offer of 15% off my next purchase which is insulting - as if I would ever make another purchase from such a scam company. Oddly enough the reply comes from Mary Bodeaz. The only telephone number available for this company is never answered by a human being & no matter when you call the message says they are getting an inordinate amount of calls at this time & to leave a message. Which of course will never be responded to.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, if that's what it is: for all we know this is a complete scam. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB after this review.
