I booked my flight paid for seats and now it is the 3rd time that you change the flight details and everytime i loose the seats I paid for and they get worse and worse...
Good question
I am traveling for 3 months and did not receive my luggage at all. After 2 months without prior notice it appeared at the airport where I started out at. I had no luck to communicate with anybody during this time, was forced to purchase everything you need for a 3 months stay and when I finally talked to a person asking for the correct address for drop off while I am still gone, I heared nothing else but: oh sorry to hear that. I paid for insurance on top of it, oh sorry, to hear.

I bought a fitness band and couldn't connect it to my phone. In order to return it I was asked to send a video in order to proof that the product they sent was malfunctioning. Kind of hard to shoot a video about connecting a fitness band to a phone.
