Your website is easy to navigate. I've ordered parts twice for my old motor. Both times I received the parts in a very timely manner, especially the second order that I paid for express shipping. On Apr 23 I ordered a throttle cable that was expedited delivery and it was shipped within 12hrs…perfect! I realized less than 24hrs later that I needed another throttle cable so placed the order, again for expedited delivery…it's now 3 days later and the cable seems to be stuck waiting for USPS to pick it up. I'm puzzled that it was handled differently when I paid the extra money for expediting when it was ordered so soon after the first order. It's really disappointing as it was really time sensitive: (

I have used boats.net for years. In the last year the delivery has gotten much slower. Even when I pay for expedited service it took a week for what used to be overnight.
