I've worked with Bluehost for 15+ years, and this is the worst service I've ever had with BlueHost. People drowned out the first person I spoke with, talking so loud that I could not hear the person I was speaking. He spoke to me as if I were a nearly-born child while repeatedly asking him to repeat himself because I could not hear him. The direction given to me on how I needed to service myself. Your service was non-existent.

Our email has been down all week. We have spent HOURS trying to get it resolved but your tech people are USELESS. Nobody can give us a straight answer, we keep being told 24 hours 24 hours... which has been COMPLETELY untrue. UNACCEPTABLE.

Why can't you guys just allow 2 factor authentication that recognizes the 2 devices I use to access my account. My webmail logon no longer works and your particular 2-step authentication is cumbersome. Improve!

SO FRUSTRATING! 1. when i click on the email, there is a glitch that takes me to hosting. 2. My account was being charged $600 for a website renewal that was originally $12.3. When I tried to look at what the charges are for each domain, i won't show me the amount!

I have issues logging in into webmail. It is a regular 2 to 4 times a year.
Is very annoying. I used to have issues login in to control panel with Chrome, only Firefox worked. And so on
