My website is continually down and I'm spending too much of my precious time calling bluehost only to be constantly lied too. I had yet ANOTHER security issue today (who knows how long that's been going on since I called and it was supposedly fixed 2 weeks ago). And once again I was assured it would be running in 4 hours (also unacceptable) AND that I would be getting a call at 4pm PT, ALSO didn't happen. How is Bluehost going to reimburse me for all this SSL issue keeping my website unavailable to visitors for YEARS?
Typically people don't want to ever help on first call. The new phrase is "not in our scope". I have found instructions within bluehost on same issue myself while on hold so obviously someone could help. I still need help as the instructions are clear either.
It's been very hard to reset my password. I had to do it twice.
I am having issues with recurring charges despite having tried several times to have my account deleted and my domain removed. The last customer service representative that I spoke with stopped responding over chat when I tried to get this issue resolved and a refund issued.
Since signing on with Bluehost my client and I have had nothing but problems. I believe we need to cancel as this si not the kind of hosting company for our needs

There are so many changes and updates that i can't keep up with my hosting. I came to sign in and my userID was changed unbeknownst to me. It is super inconvenient to go from something you understood to relearning something you have no knowledge about. Since you guys upgraded the system nothing has been the same and thats unfortunate.
I asked how to redirect a domain, and the rep did something that I found out four days later doesn't work. I tried to purchase hosting, and when I tried to remove unwanted features, my cart emptied entirely. I noticed a spelling error on the page too. Get me out of here!

I like to manage my files directly - finding the FileManager is a pain. And then moving up and down in the directories is a pain.
Interface seems designed for WordPress user - I'm coding my own site... it seems less than intuitive so far. Maybe a link up front (easy to find) that lets me see where to access my domain and files?

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
