Im really frustated by the service. 1. Its so many clicks to simply get to the email panel. 2nd, the outgoing server is super frustrating. 50/50 shot on whether or not my emails get sent. Theres no rhyme or reason to what goes and what goes to the outbox... Just not very user friendly at all

FTP REPEATEDLY TELLS ME THE DISK IS FULL AND I CANNOT UPLOAD FILES BECAUSE I HAVE REACHED MY QUOTA. THE DISK IS ABSOLUTELY NOT FULL! THIS KEEPS HAPPENING AND IT IS EXTREMELY ANNOYNIG. I PAY FOR A DEDICATED IP AND THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.

Had to re-login using a different application (chrome) just to print out a receipt. I am confused why bluehost moved away from pdf downloads for receipts to popups. Since I haven't gotten to the orders history...I am hoping I can print out a receipt using chrome...

- Site UI documentation needs to be updated before the UI is update.
- Burying setting behind pages orphaned pages is incredibly detrimental and needs to be fixed. DNSSEC is one page/setting that comes to mind that has had its setting page orphaned. Good thing that isn't used for anything important for a Domain Naming Service.
- Removing security security features and forcing in SMS notification only is dangerous in a world where AI can fake your voice.
- Removing feature accessibility for payed features if you are not using word press does not unfriendly and counter initiative.
- When your site is having a security issue, notifying the user that they have a security issue should be paramount. I should have to wait two weeks to find out what security issue my site is having from your support team while they do the fourth virus scan due to a DDOS attack.

The new way this is set up is confusing not liking it at all. Things that I was able to do with no issues prior are not easy anymore. I have been with you guys a very long time. This is the worst update you have had so far. It's almost as things are hidden and in different places. Not happy with it

I am delighted that my past content is still here after lapsing for a short time (about one month). I need one very simple, flat web page. I want to put one link in the text for a questionnaire. I want to put one payment link in the text for people to pay me via PayPal. THAT'S ALL. None of the options seem to give me that. I'm struggling to make the Blog option work. I thought it would be simple and closest to my goal, but it's not going well. I'm frustrated.

I have difficulty every time I try to log in to this site. I have another site, and I don't have a problem. I have had to change my password several times. The system repeatedly tells me that my username is wrong. It tells me that my email is incorrect. And, it kicks out all my passwords until I have to call for assistance.
