My website is virused from many days. And they did not do anything to protect the ewbsite. Even if I hire developers they cleaned the website then again virus come back. And I'm not able to do scan for the website. I have to ask bluehost every time. Worst experience with this hosting. Totaly worst.

While an initial error was ours (incorrectly entered email) this has still not been rectified. Access to our account has been consistently difficult despite contacting customer services more than once. Word Press is clunky and not intuitive. Unfortunately, we haven't had the best experience and would not at this stage recommend Bluehost or Word Press.

I am no longer able to edit my existing galleries on my various web pages. I entered the Chat with one of your associates and was told the permissions needed to be changed and they changed them. This didn't solve my issue so I am now having to add individual blocks per image rather than adding to a gallery of many images, just to keep my site updated for now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
