I moved away from godaddy to your services. This has been nothing but a nightmear, my website has been down more then up. The transfer was not seemless it has been a huge mess! I just signed up for WP Pro that said my site won't be down but it has been down for over 12 hours.

The service was never on par with what was being told we would get regarding speed and reliability but your company has simply become unreliable as a hosting service at this time. So much so that I am leaving Bluehost with time still left that I paid for and paid 3x more to a company who gives solid service to their customers.

Usually, BH is my backdoor secret to my website's success. But on my last phone call, I received some terrible customer service.

I was told I needed to hire a website developer to fix my problem the last time I called. Discovered that it was an old plug in causing the issues.
Why the customer rep couldn't have helped me through this troubleshooting process is beyond me.

When I asked for step by step ways to fix it, I got nothing but contact the plug in people. When I asked how... I got nada.

And the rep kept saying the problem in jargon I couldn't understand and when I told him/her I couldn't understand the acronyms he was talking with he/she didn't find a better way to communicate the message to me.

I signed up for ChoicePLus. The fact that you have changed your plans should make no difference to my subscription. You placed me on Basic without my knowledge. The basic cost is $2.95/m. ChoicePlus is $5.45/m. I had access to all the features before you did this. The solution is obvious. You can put me on PRO at your cost as it was your decision to change things, not mine. If you do not, I walk.
