No customer service! They send you each time for 15 minutes to wait till you get bored. Nothing is working! I am blocked and i could not reach my website, and each time I try to explain the technical issue to each of their agents that they are countless they just repeat to me the same stupid procedures till i get bored...

The performance of Bluehost over the course of the past week has been terrible. Constant intermittent outages and slowdowns. Times when chat was off the air. Could not access system status. No feedback to customers from Bluehost on what is happening. Your service levels have really dropped into the toilet. Could this have anything to do with EIG hosting? I'd migrate my sites to another vendor right now but I can't trust Bluehost to stay up long enough for the export! GET IT TOGETHER! Be a customer service organization and keep your customers updated and set expectations!
