I've been gettin automatically charged for the service even though i never signed up for autopay. And I haven't even used the service for over 2 years and I am still getting charged. And now you guys are looking to charge me over upwards of $400. It's a good thing I caught it before you just took my money even though you are not providing any services to me. Shame on you.
Difficult to find Support when things go wrong, it's seems to be purposely hidden. When you do get support, in chat mode, the agent typically has to put you on hold several times.
Further, I have several accounts with you and the recent spate of outages was not handled well, you have our email addresses, why not send a message to all your clients to let them know there's an issue? Rather than making them dig to find the answers on downdetector, it would be advantageous to everyone. At least one of my accounts has seen days of sporadic outages that last anywhere from a couple to more than 10 minutes. Support states that the server I'm on is having some issues - see my paragraph above - and this has been happening a lot more lately.
I'm growing frustrated with all the above, enough that I'm considering pulling my accounts and moving to another service when the contract is up for renewal. What's happened to the Bluehost that I originally signed contracts with?
Over priced hosting service with severe limitations and unpredictable server bandwidth / response time. They would make great drug dealers, start them cheap and then ram limitations and new random expenses. Let them buy domains and make them pay more to point their domains at one site. If they don't have a answer Bluehost will give you a run around in circles. CSR's have very limited ability and knowledge of the industry. They give you a day if you buy a domain for a refund- even if you don't do anything to assign it, park it etc. You have at least 5-8 gates to enter before you can access your actual email account. They give you the least for the least. But they're not Verizon/Yahoo or AT&T. I'm very sad to see this is the future. We're getting worse as a society. Not better. I am not impressed and more willing to spend more money at another provider to compensate for what I am not getting from blue host. I write this based on practice and procedure and not just on personal opinion. I'm telling you like it is and hope that it compels BlueHost to do better for less. Hire professionals not random people off the street with no interest in anything but a weekly paycheck. Please hire people who like this stuff enough to do it daily.
Everything worked fine for the first couple of weeks. Then just slow and all the time "cannot open the page". Very disappointing.

I was miss-sold VPS hosting and it has caused nothing but problems for my website due to my own lack of technical knowledge (I was told the VPS would be managed. But it wasn't). And your customer service is awful compared to other hosting companies.
Things keep changing in the background. My site and email have now been down several times in the last two weeks.
Help is hard to get and when you get it's basic and it's hard to communicate with the help. Anything else is an extra that costs extra.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
