I am very unhappy with the webbuilder package i purchased. I have been trying to get some customer support through chat. I was supposed to be transferred to someone to help but rep just disconnected me.
I tried to get my problem sorted using 'Chat Now' but it's not manned. Nobody is on the chat line.
Bluehost prices are great. The option to select 1 or 3 years is good, but it could be beneficial to have a mid-range of 2 years that is also mid-range priced.
I just spent $1500 with you guys to get a website built and up and running... I can't even get in contact with you nor are you making any effort to message me. I see a refund in the near future.

Our website has been down multiple times in the past week, there were several times I couldn't even login into Bluehost site or WordPress via Bluehost. Also the email servers at Bluehost have stopped working several times throughout the day for the past five days.

Not every support technician has the same level of ability to understand website issues and fix the problem. I was led to believe that I had to transfer my domain from another host to make my website work (as opposed to just pointing the domain toward BlueHost). This resulted in a client's email being interrupted so something that was based off incorrect information.
Bluehost is a great hosting site. It's quick and easy to get to my website. I don't use all the "bells and whistles" and maybe someday I will. It has tools that I will be able to grow into as my business expands.
Blue Host is always here for me! I've only had to call for help once, but the service rep answered my question and was very kind. I have heard from others that Blue Host has really great service. I hope that will be the case should I REALLY need it!
I appreciate having the Bluehost interface to perform many of the tasks that need to be done when hosting. It eliminates having to work with cPanel so much. However occasionally the scripts fail without notification and you see the failure by having a suddenly broken site. The Bluehost customer support is great at resolving many of these issues! And many times it is not the scripts but is cache either in the theme or the wp backend, not just the browser. I give 4 stars for the user interface and customer support and subtract 1 for not including cache clearing in the scripts and not always testing the scripts thoroughly to prevent the failures. Overall I like Bluehost over other hosting platforms!

Great attitude of IT folks, lots of online resources. The one drawback was when the site was backed up at our request, both representatives demonstrated a lack of understanding by not appearing to know where the back up site was or how to convey that to us.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
