Everything is difficult to find and utilize. Choices are severely restricted if you don't know where to look. Online chat takes forever to get someone then once you do there is MINUTES between answers, replies, acknowledgements, and if you look at my recent transcripts Blue Host chat is big on the upsell and almost non existent help with the queries presented by customers. Look at the 2 different transcripts that one day and see how many times I had to rephrase and re-ask my questions, VERY BASIC ones actually, until I got even a halfway response. This is what I would expect from Wix or GoDaddy. NOT BlueHost. Please fix! Are there any instructional videos for the services provided?

Overall I like bluehost

Overall I like bluehost. They have made some egregious errors like loosing ALL of my email and not being able to find a backup even though they claim they do backups. But considering the other options I will stay with Bluehost.
