I have purchased an SSL and have issues with continuously seeing my website show as insecure. Tech support goes back and forth with installing a free SSL (when I have a paid one) and then reactivating my paid SSL (depending on which person is on tech support when I call). Lately, when I call there is no music telling me I'm on hold, so I have to wait in silence assuming that the call is still connected.

When I have asked for compensation for the months of SSL authenticity that has been lost, there is silence. Unfortunately, I started with bluehost a few years ago and now I'm stuck with them.

Your system moves way too slowly

Your system moves way too slowly. Your representatives are talking to multiple customers at one time which causes a decline in customer care. Your services aren't that great. One example is your spam filter option. I wish I would've gone with another hosting company. I paid thousands for the website to be built and I didn't even rank. I had to hire someone else who knows what they're doing and I was ranking inside of week. That's just naming a couple.

I have absolutely loved Bluehost since switching over. Unfortunately, I can't give 5 stars after the past weekend. All of my sites have been dragging for days and the only real response I'm getting is 'we are working on it.' Patient for now and fingers crossed I will continue to be as impressed as my initial experience.
