I have been unable to log in and reset my password for 24 hours. I was able to log in today.

I spoke with a customer service rep and didn't receive any support that helped me to log in. I corrected it myself.

My email account is not working when I try to log on to *******@rvgarner.com it shows and error page and when I logged on to chat with someone the chat feature is not working. I tried to call and it said I need a token which I cannot get because my email is not working.

I wish BlueHost made it clear what the pros and cons are of creating add-on domains for completely different websites, as opposed to creating a new hosting account for each different website. Including but not limited to, plugins working or not working on add on domains, SSLs, security features, backing up the site and other implications (positive or negative) of either route.

I have paid for someone to help set up the site, I have tried to do it on my own - it is FAR to complicated and I don't want to use Bluehost any more. I tried to change my domain name to Square Space, but have even had problems with that. Sigh. Ugh!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I already called them 5 times about site being unresponsive all of a sudden. Everything they said somebody will call me to fix it. I can not even log into my wordpress from bluehost portal.

Everything is too hard. I used to be with 1 & 1. It was basically cut & paste. I made a really cute website with no experience. WordPress is agony, exhausting, no fun. I absolutely dread even entering my site which is why I haven't updated in over a year. Hate everything about it

Stop throwing this pop-up on the screen every time I come into the program. Plus, so far I haven't been able to create my page. The "finish" button does nothing. And I can't find the help. I'd give this no stars if I could. Now STOP ASKING.
