The services are not the best

The services are not the best. Constant adds, server issues, i lost over 200 customers and it has too many third-party applications that confuses you and you loose control of your content if you miss one payment.

One of the reasons why I switched from GoDaddy to Bluehost, GoDaddy got too large. As result, customers suffer. It takes time to get helped and most of the reps were very unprofessional and uneducated. Bluehost 7 years ago was great until it got big. The customer's service declined and it's all about benefiting Bluehost, not the customer. Seeing the similarity on GoDaddy. Sad reality.

I purchased the Dreamy "Hotel Dreamy" theme from the bluehost marketplace and it doesn't install correctly. I have spoke with 2 people and also 1 chat support person and no one seems to know what they are doing and can't help me.

Your team has been friendly but I have had to come back and repeatedly ask for things to be done as I'll ask 'is that all that needs to be done?' and they'll say yes and then it turns out there are more things to do and when I come back hours later after being told to wait, nothing is working still. And when you re-installed the SSL certificate you reverted our website back to the 2020 content... I had to use old logins to even get in!

The delay is losing us thousands of dollars in ticket sales.

Our members are constantly having trouble logging in and staying logged in (after clicking Remember Me). The login reset option does not work. I have to reset their passwords as Admin. It's a terrible program. Also, as Admin, I can't log in and have to use the Dashboard to view any Members Only pages.
