Everything seems to work well. Bluehost management doesn't constantly try to upset services, or insist upon any particular companies app or web service. With thier configuration of C-panel it is easy to install any app from social networking to education management. This is on shared hosting. This has given me the opportunity to try ideas and new programs before a formal release by any Vokoun Group Enterprise.

Since coming to Bluehost I am getting complaints not just from customers but also jetpack saying the site does not always load. I have contacted support a few times about this issue and keep being told everything is fine and it is not.

Extremely poor performance on the jmlittletonart.com site, both in Wordpress and in an external browser. Images not loading in the browser, HTTP 522 timeout errors on the server. Verified from 2 different computers with 2 different ISP's: Verizon FIOS and Comcast. Both had the same issues. Called support several times, but received hardly any assistance.
Support is amazingly helpful and has been what has got me through all the beginning stages of doing this for the first time. Everything was new for me and the stress was completely taken away knowing I had support on hand when I needed it. It's fantastic to know I can ask and will be attended to efficiently by professionals that know much more than me.

You are the most pathetic hosting service I can imagine. Two days ago, I requested that my files from my subdomain be copied and put into my domain and for them to replace the files which were previously in my domain. They messed this transfer up, and my domain didn't work at all, while my subdomain completely disappeared. At that point, I requested a restoral of both sites to an earlier date. It is now two days later, and I see that they restored the domain, but the subdomain is still non-existant. During this process, I have repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor, or manager, and have been told every time that one isn't available. So I want to thank you for messing my websites up, not fixing them properly, and not allowing me to speak to a manager about it. John Blue
I know we have a low budget option and when working on Wordpress when we go to save it states database error and we loose our work. This said, we have a workaround by saving with new window. We're used to that.
Note, we don't get any visitors to our website yet. So, it's not about the amount of visitors where having but the amount the server is getting.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
