I have had a problem for 2 weeks and yesterday I call customer service but the issue until now did not solve.
The listing of products is easy to understand and very easy to use.
It can be a bit hard to get your head around setting up a new site if you're new to all this. BUT the BlueHost online chat / help are actually really easy to get a hold of, and they instantly chat with you, and I've always found them really great helping me with my WordPress website. Pretty much why I've stuck with BlueHost because of the live chat help - it's awesome.
Your system was down many times lately without any proper way of informing me about it that made me thought something wrong from my end until i found out about it is server issue from 3rd party sites.
For a novice it's daunting at first then it gets easier as I overlook the hard bits. But I'm surely missing out on some advantages that I hope can come in time.
