I have been a Bluehost customer for more than a decade now, and I am always impressed with their customer service. Today, Cameron went over and above expectations by quickly getting an dormant website back up and running. But then he went even further and helped my restore a lot of broken links on another website with a few quick changes. I was looking at spending hours trying to reload images onto the site, but Cameron helped get it done automatically. Thanks Bluehost!
I had contacted blue host and chatted on line but the problem was not solved completely until I was able to contact an in person rep - Cameron - who was incredibly helpful - solving my problem immediately! He helped me understand how Domain names and websites are linked and got my website up and running which the remote chat was not able to do... thank you Bluehost for providing an in person experience by phone and thank you Cameron!
So far I give 3 stars. I transferred my website from GoDaddy to Bluehost in order to start a monetized blog. Bluehost had a discounted rate for the basic plan which was more affordable than GoDaddy's basic plan. But setting up the website on Bluehost has been a nightmare. Admittedly, I am not overly tech-savvy, but the ease of use compared to the GoDaddy options I was using is night and day. I was using GoDaddy's FREE website builder and it STILL had more options and bells and whistles! I'm hoping that some research will help me figure out how to set up my website so making the switch wasn't a complete waste of time and money.

WordPress is a frustrating template program to learn on your own. Especially at 80. Furthermore when it is all working they flood you daily wth upgrades (patches?)
I had to 'fix' my wife''s website because of WordPress's upgrades and was making god but very slow progress when I made one more change and suddenly the website virtually lost everything. I have been a BlueHost client for years so I called to request a reload from the most recent backup. For the first time ever I was on hold for support for a very long time. Juan was the tech that came to my rescue. Juan explained that a B/Up restore takes from 24 to 72 hours so he investigated the website and fixed the whole thing right on the spot. He explained how to use your WP services in the future and I fell that I am not only relieved but was well taken care of. 5 Star Plus

I can not express enough gratitude for the level of service I received from Nathan today. I was concerned bout loosing my website when I was changing the name of my website that I purchased. Nathan fully empathized with me, calmed me down by explaining all the steps that he would take in non technical terms, and was on top of his game. He worked on a lightening speed as he was super confident due to hi level of competency (top notch) an in less than ten minutes, the service was delivered in a glittering box of courtesy, humbleness, competency and super efficiency. I had interacted with Blue host support associates in the past as well and while all were really good, Nathan truly surpassed all of them. Hats off to Bluehost managers for training and retaining such top notch talent. I would seriously recommend Nathan to be given a due recognition by his managers. My domain is drøm. Space, but it shows up as xn--drm-1na. Space for the email settings. I am having difficulty setting up the email on my iphone and mac.
After a very frustrating day with your company yesterday, I was about to cancel. This morning I decided to give it one more chance and I got Nino on the phone. He was patient and knowledgeable and was able to walk me through how to set up my email address on outlook. Nino, is a keeper, in fact I would recommend him to be promoted to trainer but afraid to do so as I may lose the best tech that you have.

I can't even start to build my new website because I just keep getting an error code! Very frustrating and time consuming!
Had a couple of questions regarding my dns records and I contacted bluehost support. Someone joined the chat instantly and was able to help me out with the questions I had.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
