I appreciate that the Bluehost admin dashboard is easy to use, and works very well with WordPress. However, my website often takes awhile to download which is frustrating; and on a number of occasions this past year, my site has been offline.
Excellent support and work for the clients benefits however we feel like there is lot of change in the industry is happening which you will also be aware of needed quick updation of those features so that all are the beneficiaries look forward to an continuous relationship
The service is horrible. I have been trying to get my website running for over a month now, and all I get is the runaround. The agents keep telling me they fixed the issue and I need to wait between 4-12 hours for the fix to work but it never works.
Somehow my primary email for my domain is unavailable after purchasing from Bluehost and associate was unable to help find out why or resolve the issue for me. Not sure what to do about my business' email address but make a entirely new one loosing important information
Response rate is very slow. Agents giving different solutions. It seems they do not know how resolve technical issues, and follow a manual without really understanding the issue. Agents give conflicting messages. It took me from 9:30am to 5:30 to set emails and I still have issues
Bluehost was one of my favourite hosting provider platforms but unfortunately they have a lot of issues in their website builder and customer service is not really helpful so I've moved my services to another hosting.
I am experiencing an ongoing problem with hosting my website. Despite multiple online and live consultations with your customer support, the issue is not resolved. Your representatives assure me they will fix the problem and they never do.
Nice! I didn't encounter any problems so far. Am happy with the UI and simplicity of the rpoducts. Goes a long way since a lot of 0-website-experience customers would get easily scared off if this looked any more complicated than it is.
I have been a Bluehost customer for more than a decade now, and I am always impressed with their customer service. Today, Cameron went over and above expectations by quickly getting an dormant website back up and running. But then he went even further and helped my restore a lot of broken links on another website with a few quick changes. I was looking at spending hours trying to reload images onto the site, but Cameron helped get it done automatically. Thanks Bluehost!
This year has been a bummer for me. There's no way I can contact support more than 3 times and the same problem am facing is still not fixed. Personally, I feel like your cpanels are a bit bloated; but for a technical person that's just okay since I can try and fix what I don't like. Honestly speaking, if you need to raise money to re-train your staff, just put up a donations page and I'll be the first to give a generous donation.
Competitive rates in comparison to others offering similar services. I am satisfied with everything so far and everything performs as I was told it would. Bluehost has a great reputation for being the go to hosting site. And another big positive is there compatibility with WordPress. The dynamic has made my experience starting my own blog from scratch virtually painless. Thanks bluehost!
Updates you're making to your site need to be more tested before you roll them out to the client and you have to communicate with your customers when there are issues! There are bugs, and they are affecting my business. Had I not caught the issues, you would have never told me!.
I have been continuously updating information and it doesn't update. 1. had issues with authentication for weeks, it wouldn't except my input. 2. I have update billing information at 4/5 times and that's still an issue. The UX is not where it should be, to me it looks like y'all are still updating your website. It can get confusing is all I'm saying.
Hosting has been slow for over a week now. I run multiple websites on Bluehost and I was informed by customer support that 'you are working on the server issue'. Performance is key for my clients and this is preventing us from making back-end edits efficiently.
I have been trying to resolve my payment issue for 6 months now as there are new guidelines from the Govt of India and I have got no help at all from customer care. Pls advise how to proceed? Extremely dissapointed.
I'm having trouble updating the files of my site. My updates are not showing, or they take a long time. Plus, depending on tthe device and browser, I see different versions, or the SSL doesn't work automatically, showing my address as not safe.
When our hosting was suspended by Newfold a month ago, Bluehost's team and support advised us to wait rather than purchase new hosting. Even though we didn't want to wait at first, the Bluehost team's persistent encouragement and reminders forced us to wait and ultimately took care of the problem on our behalf.
We have been using Bluehost as our top choice for all of our web and CRM clients for more than ten years now because their assistance is so incredibly courteous, calm, and professional, and there is a 99.9% likelihood that your issues will be resolved on the very first attempt.
I paid for a yearly plan and trying to open my blue host since yesterday, but it stopped at the first page and all links and icons are inactive just gives me the message " about the server" please solve this problem. The chatbot is useless.
The web site editing process is convoluted and not at all intuitive. I spent an HOUR on live chat to find out how to change a theme and did not get an answer. I was sent down a ridiculous rabbit hole of system folders. Only when I called support could someone help me, saying that activating a different template deactivates the current one. What a bizarrely buried method with no evident instruction, and when there could just be a "Deactivate" button on the theme.
I can't even log into work on my website anymore because it says it's been hacked. I chatted with a "foreign" representative who had broken English and was very difficult to understand. I still can't get into my website through wordpress!
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
