Very difficult to get in touch with support. Online chat wait time is long enough to meake one wonder if its really working. The phone support wait time isn't much better.
It has been pretty self explanatory and not too difficult so far.
Was looking to downgrade service for google workspace - reduce number of seats and change to monthly billing. Learned after consulting with support that this isn't possible. The account must be transferred back to google in order to have that type of control. This wasn't well communicated. Since there's about a week transfer time to migrate the accounts, I decided to renew as is.
I talked to someone on the phone and via chat, both were very polite and helpful, really great. The problem was getting to them - neither the chat or phone systems have a reported wait time, or an option for a call back. Both attempts required >1hr wait times, which is very difficult to schedule into a work day without more information. This is what I'm most frustrated about.
Please implement some sort of system to report wait times, hold a place in line, or initiate a callback. Or - even better - allow for asynchronous support. I would greatly prefer email when wait times are long, even if it takes a day to respond, because it doesn't hold me up waiting at a browser for a chat window or on the phone on hold. I would have used that system first in this instance.

Setup is confusing and not at all intuitive. Every other website builder/host I've used has been easier.
You Wordpress installations are buggy. I can't even setup a site. I edit a page. And then it changes to another page net time I go in. I want my money back.
Nothing is working! I have never built a website before but I'm also not a complete idiot. I have no idea if I'm on wordpress or bluehost and how they interact. I create a web page and have it looking exactly how i want it, save it, then when I preview it, it's completely different! I'm also trying to set up payments on woocommerce, and when I try to "finalize", it takes me to a blank page. I don't even know where or who to contact for support. This has been the most frustrating few hours of my life!
Let's Encrypt SSL install seems to have failed and I have no available options. I cannot even visit my WP Dashboard due to "security issues". I have to wait until this is resolved to do anything with your service, but I can't seem to connect with anyone on live chat. Bad first impression, for sure.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
