The website builder is extremely difficult to customize.
I am so confused and this is harder than I thought it would be for a novice users.
Honestly, I haven't made it past building a website. This is the least 'user-friendly' page builder I have ever used. (granted, I haven't used a lot)

Bluehost used to be my favorite host because of the customer service. Now, something has changed in the last 3 months because the wait time for help is unbelievable and even most recently my website was broken at the hands of "customer service." now I have to wait in line again to have someone fix what they broke.

Honestly, the setup has been really frustrating. I purchased a domain with my hosting and my account was started with a temporary domain. Now the temp domain is everywhere every time I try to set things up with other websites and I don't know how to untangle it. I'm very frustrated.

I have bought a domain www.beautyattheburroe.co.uk from google but whenever I log in here, I only have the option to update http://box5243.temp.domains/~eautybi9, i have waited on your chat help thing for hours to try and work out how to change it but have had no answer. I have never created a website before and have no idea what i am doing and at this point i am just about ready to give up.
