I purchased 2 domains by accident, I was looking at availability and the one that I didnt want did not delete from the cart apparently. I chatted with support and was told that I could not get a refund for the second domain and I could not change it. So now, I have 2 almost identical domains, which is not what I need. I also made my purchase hours ago and am still unable to use my domain as I am getting an error code. The support rep told me twice that he fixed it and I am still at a standstill not being able to work. This has been a horrible customer experience. I called in as soon as I noticed the charge on my card and contacted your company. There should be a threshold for either a refund for a mistake or the opportunity to exchange/change the domain to another domain address which I absolutely would have been happy with that solution if a refund wasnt possible. But to say I have zero options is horrible customer service. I was referred to you but I will absolutely NOT refer anyone to your company.

Used to be A+, now a solid F. It is now day 3 and still no resolution on my site being down. You can't get hold of support. You are only sent to a call center that appears to have the most basic technical knowledge. Like others, I will be looking for a refund to take my business elsewhere. You can charge people a service and not provide the service. Simply unacceptable.

Hi, i am a very unhaapy customer of Blue Host, as of today i have been delaing with blue host the past 8 years and have more than 3 domains, but today i am really disaponted the way the your team has responded and i never expected blue host to offer such a high non compatative pricing which will lead to stop dealing with youll anymore, i will not recormand to any of my known people to go for blue host... bye

I find everything i need, including the advanced cPanel, but i am a bit overwhelmed by the amount of things to learn... Apart from that it looks nice, functional, with almost no bugs so far. But i hate having to click in many places to cancel renewals on many items... I feel somewhat "trapped"...
