Will be in touch... basically trying to move an email account here from a provider who is going out of business. Been doing this type of thing for years but find it hard to get to the settings I need to accomplish this. Maybe too dumbed down with marketing stuff and not enough info on how to do this simple task.
Not Good Service as well as support I have VPS server still their support is not good. Go with other hosting provider instead of bluehost.

Your platform is too difficult to use for a beginner
My website got completely deleted and now I have to rebuild it from scratch. In doing so, I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour, been disconnected twice, spent 40 mins on the chat without resolution, and no one can seem to find the files from my old website which would help tremendously with the rebuild.
A few hiccups at the beginning making a payment to get bluehost was an issue. But was resolved through your chat.

Super easy to follow, and the whole site is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Even the loading cursor is pleasant! Also--really love the 'tips & tricks' illustrations, they are clean and really help understand the function of it's representation.

I can not get my domain verified because the email address is not correct. I tried to change it and it will not let me. So hopefully i can get it changed. I tried calling and i couldn't get anywhere with support response.
