Absolutely awful customer service, and nickle and diming you every step of the way. I have never been more upset or disappointed in a company.
I am stuck with 2 home pages and I do not know why. It is like the interface between WP and Bluehost is not perfect and I am not sure in which I am supposed to be working.
Also (not your fault), I wish WP would focus more on helping me set up my site and then selling me add-ons, instead of bombarding me with add-ons they are trying to sell me.
I struggled at first to grasp the Highend system, but as I familiarise myself with it more I am enjoying the level of customisation.
