I am struggling to get this up and running, but it is most likely my fault not the sites
I wanted to transfer another site of mine here but it doesn't seem that straightforward.

The login process was confusing. I tried to sign in with my password, but it wouldn't take it. So i tried to reset it and the password i was just using wouldn't be accepted as it was my previous password. So if i was using the right password, why couldn't i log in?
Connecting Bluehost to Wordpress for google domain is a pain in the $#*!. Also, your chat "help" is of no help at all. I thought my issue would be fairly easy to solve, however, your associate Fahtima kept sending me a link that did nothing for the issue I was trying to solve and would not escalate my problem to someone who could actually help.
This is way more complicated than it needs to be to set up a website. Your platform assumes the average person knows so much termnilogy and why you have to do the things you have to do.
