I am hopelessly lost. I can't make anything happen. I can't find help for WORD PRESS. Only help for Blue host. I can't tell how they are even related. I can't change the theme it gave me, I can't change the title or find anything that even points that way. I am overwhelmed with the complexity and the buy this, buy that with no directions of where to go or how to get there.

Unable to figure out how to host a non-WordPress site
There was an error processing my order and I lost a week of work because I have to wait until my domain is processed for someone to correct it.
I believed Bluehost had better options for website building. It is not easy to make changes once you have begun. I am definitely looking at getting my money back. I have used Fatcow.com and Namecheap for other sites and they were easier or about the same and I am paying much more.
This is my second hosting account with Bluehost, and it just works! Never had an issue and I am so glad I moved all my websites away from the very famous and more expensive hosting companies that have terrible customer service and technical support. I recommend Bluehost to all my clients.
Not everything is integrated or easily accessible. My Google Workspace is not connecting. I will be calling about this soon.
Been in the website business for over 30 years and I'm trying to get my wide up and running with the blogging website. So far, the website unavailable page on your sign SUCKS - I ended up getting a site that I did not want - because I was too quick to click on the shopping cart that looked like the site I wanted - page was extremely confusing - probably by design of course.

I paid to join Bluehost through Michelle Schroeder's site. I paid for everything to have a website and I'm not able to get any help. The chat box does not offer help. Plus I keep getting emails about joining when I already joined, but I didn't get an email about that. No welcome to Bluehost or anything. I'm feeling pretty abandoned right now and very disappointed.
I have needed to call for tech support twice and both staff members were extremely helpful!

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
