Not a fan of the cpanel update as the domain changes do not show straight away which means we have no way of knowing whether or not the record was added.

The worst service provider, we have never seen such a loosers. We feel BlueHost India has to strenghten their after sale service to 100%. We have been facing issue in email communication for last 1 month and also getting repeted spam mail its not been resolved yet. Even though connecting to client service team for more than 47 times, they are not able to give the solution and not even near to it. They do not provide their office address and their technical team contact too.
We have almost shut our mail communication for more than 3 weeks and we have faced the losses too.

I called for a detailed invoice and to remove my payment method and what did they do they removed my website services and cancelled everything….what does that do you ask it deletes your website and all your emails you have. We have (2) Pro Hosting plans with Bluehost and to stay on top of the "extras" they like to sneak on the auto billing is a full time job. Support chat is a joke. Don't waste your money.
When you have a problem, be ready to wait FOREVER to get help. If you are on the chat, it will arbitrarily cut you off after a few minutes. Then, you get to start all over again! If you'd rather call, be ready for some heavy wait time, interrupted buy a rude "all of our agents are helping more important people than you" message. I have customers to help. The "new" layout is a dud. Now, I can't find some of my projects because they pointed them to incorrect software, but there is no help. I need a company that has good support when they screw up like this. I've had an account for years, but I'm changing to another provider and do not recommend Bluehost.

Bluehost cut off our company's email and stopped hosting the site even though the bill had been paid. Worse, after complaining, they billed us again. Their policy is "no refunds", and they stick to it!. We were stuck paying for almost a full year of a service they didn't provide and we did not want. If you want to speak with them you need to enter a passcode sent to your email. Unfortunately, if they internally block your email address, you can't get in. Pretty convenient.

I was charged today for a security service from Blue-Host. I called today (the day) I was charged to have it refunded and the service cancelled. The rep advised Oh, I'm so sorry we can cancel the service, but we can't refund. I was charged for a year. I don't even use the website that I was charged for. To add insult to injury they charged me an additional $60 for the service on this renewal. According to their policy they charge 15 days before expiration. So, they're not losing anything and I don't use the site. There seems to be no "live" US support. So the Jacksonville address seems to be a virtual address. I'm out $$$. I never put my card on auto-renew. When I went on the site there was no card there to be charged, but they have it hidden. Bad Business. Will NEVER use them again. If I could give them no star I would.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
