Wordpress is very difficult to design site with; very unintuitive; had to struggle to get the header and footer off my pages, had no idea why the were there and it's just difficult. If I would have know I would not have signed up with BLue host

The new layout is disorganized, making it difficult for me to locate my domains during the WordPress installation from Softaculus. The Bluehost WordPress installation process is time-consuming, and I encounter issues installing SSL on domains as I did before. Assigning domains has become challenging due to the disorganization and lack of user-friendliness. Unfortunately, I find myself having to contact support repeatedly for SSL or WordPress installation assistance.
The new interface just create more steps before getting to my account management. Also, you add more JS and tracking sites that prevent the interface work while there are anti-spam extension

I can see why the UI was changed, to Focus and Guide your Service Routings. No small effort to manage through that.
But you stripped much of our ability to administer our environment. There are so many "error messages" upon submitting Domain and DNS entries, that we must CALL IN every time. Even your own Level 1 support team is blocked by these errors. I have no less than 4+ hours of chats and calls, for what would have normally been about 5 to 10 minutes worth of changes. It's been a very poor experience so far. But as someone who consults and coaches very large software orgs, I have empathy for your Strategic pivot and I wish you a quick recovery.
Unfortunately, after activated SMS verification for secondary security option, SMS activation page is disappering. It is hard to login.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
