Your new UI is trash, your new plans are trash, i signed for a plan that said unlimited domains, now u made it 5. So $#*! off, u offer the most expensive shared hosting on the plant. I'm supposed to pay a thousand us dollars for 5 website? I'd rather buy an EC2 and cPanel license from AWS. Hostinger for example offer same quality for much less fees, even godaddy offer much better value for money plans. Also u used my saved cards and forced a purchase on my account ( pantharax.online) i didnt even notice till 2 weeks ago. So $#*! bluehost $#*! bluehost
I don't understand why I have to pay for marketplace hosting.
So, my first website on Bluehost crashed, and they were no help. Decided to switch to another company, but then my second site acts up after renewal—boom, hit with a $350 charge. Site's down, and their customer support doesn't have a clue. Asked for a refund, got an email saying, "Nope." How they get all those good reviews is beyond me. Bluehost feels like a total scam. Time to bring in the legal squad.

Bluehost stopped offering 2 step verification login through Google Authenticator and now sometimes when I try to login, the code that is texted to my phone by Bluehost returns invalid results. So where I used to have to no issues when I wanted to login to our account now, sometimes it works and other times it does not and I have to spend lots of time on Chat
User experience sucks, chat is a disgrace, poor help, takes 100 steps to get to the back end of my site now, all-in-all a garbage user experience

My payment is being blocked from renewing my account - and I could not reach someone multiple times to discuss this. When I did reach someone, they were not able to help with why the card error was happening - and asked if I had another credit card to use - they were not able to solve the issue.

Worst email host ever. I have to click about 7 clicks to get to my email. I have never had an email host be so difficult. I regularly have to delete emails because of so little storage. I know I could upgrade storage but why? It's such a pain to get to. If I could give it 0 out of 5 stars, I would.
I keep getting the following error messages when I click to bluehost.com links:Bad Request - Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
Secondly, I am disappointed (rightly or wrongly) that I was initially told that on the basic plan that I could redirect/forward any number of domains to my primary domain. A follow-up call indicated that support redirected these domains, a further support call days later with no evidence that the problem was fixed alerted me that forwarding/redirecting multiple domains to my primary was not an option under my current plan. I should have taken more time and asked more questions, but this doesn't change the fact that the initial guidance was not accurate.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
