I STILL don't want to set up a wordpress site, nor do I want to sign up to any extras. Surly your AI can see that it does not need to keep showing me these items EVERY time I log on, perhaps every tenth time would be more acceptable.

Confusing layout

Confusing layout. Used to be very simple. Now when I logon: a) cant get rid of "Message Us" box. B) to upload file to my website I have to click on "settings" - are you kidding me?

I have received a lot of great help from customer service. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes for each step to be implemented. One step took up to a week! But everyone I talked to was very nice & helpful.

I cannot reach anyone who can help! Your company does not have a helpful support team, or anyone to talk to for that matter. I have 1/4 websites transferred so far, and the 1 website will not load on the back end. Therefore, we haven't migrated the other 3 websites over. This process has dragged out way longer than necessary and we are considering switching to a different hosting company with better customer service

Very below average, I had multiple malware attacks on my sites and issues logging in to my account. The support at time has been good but has also been terrible to the point where rather than continuing to try and help me, they have hung up on me!

Bluehost has been completely unable to connect my website to the Yoast SEO Premium that I paid for through them for weeks. It is really making me not like this service since I am unable to work on my website and every day costs me. Other than that they have been great but this needs to get fixed TODAY.

I have a pro plan with Weebly and I am unable to upload images to my website. Also even though I am logged in with my password that I have had since 2015, when I try to update anything in my profile it says wrong password. Also after over an hour w/ support these issues were not resolved.
