I HATE HATE HATE the new interface. It has been "streamlined" to the point of disfunctionality. I can't find the things I need or figure out how to execute things I used to on the old interface. Doesn't help that none of the written help/support reflects the new system. Your renew screen don't show the costs or what I'm renewing, and I keep getting"timed" out of my websites while I'm working on them and logging in through wordpress doesn't work (it's like theyve never heard of me) so I have to log back into bluehost, then go to edit site... Every interaction lately has been irritating and required chat assistance which only partially helpful because they half $#*! everything- need help with three DNS records? They might get you set up with one after an hour. I'm not sure even they know how to use the site.
Having problems getting emails to the right accounts. Working that now. Other service hosts that I have used didn't have this problem.
I am so annoyed right now. I cannot do anything on my account because there is a stupid chat window that opened up on its own. I asked (in the chat that I was forced to do) for it to be closed. It was not. THere is no way to close the chat box or even move it out of the way.

The platform itself works fine, but getting into the platform and keeping it online is maddening. Logins are flawed. Cache has to be cleared every other day. Support is great, but you'd need a lot less of it if there weren't so many issues to navigate. The authentication doesn't work half the time, and I have to refresh constantly in order to save changes and preview pages. The options available are fantastic for the money, compared to WordPress.com anyway, but ugh, the technical issues are almost not worth it.
Has issues with DNS to the point we had to move DNS to another provider. Now our server went down and has been down for 24 hours after Virtual File System errors.

I cannot tell you how many times I've tried to update my address and account password. I can log in using my current password. I have my verification PIN. But as soon as I try to update my address, you tell me my password is invalid. And if I try to update my password, you still say my current password is invalid. How is that possible since I was able to LOG IN? It has done this for MONTHS. So no, not a great experience.
I have been having MAJOR issues with Bluehost for the past 2 - 3 months! I still cannot properly access my cPanel to manage email accounts and its a CONSTANT STRUGGLE!

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
