Bluehost's recent changes to their website has been causing a number of issues when login in. Luckily, their customer service chat option works pretty well.

But their Message Us keeps on beeping non stop, there is no way to simply turn it off.

I spent 45 minutes on chat with tech and I still have the same problem. I want privacy on all my websites not just one. I paid for it so it doesn't show up in Market Place and I have no way to add it! Otherwise you guys have been great for the last 8 years

In recent months, I've noticed that Bluehost's support is horrible. One agent tells you one thing, and then another tells a different story. Now, every time I add a new WordPress (WP) site, I struggle to get it up and running the same day. I am considering switching to CloudWays. For instance, I registered lastunasjewelry.com and created a fresh WP site 10 days ago, which is still not accessible. Every time I open a support ticket, I get a different story: a problem on the server side, then a need to re-push the DNS, then a directive to wait a few hours, and then they said the site was pointing to Cloudflare when I never used that or touched the settings. Just last night, I was told to add an A record with my domain registrar, name.com, something I have never had to do before to run a new WP site. I'm on the WP PRO plan. It's just sad!

I've been a personal site customer for more than 15 years (jimmcintosh.com) and I chose bluehost to host my startup's website. Starting about 3 months ago, we have been getting site down notices from a third party watch service that are increasing in frequency. It's now about once a week.
I now signing to get support and my site isn't showing up again.
I have liked the service for a long time but if this continues, we will be forced to leave.
