When I first purchased my hosting plan on Bluehost, it took 1 month for your customer support service to resolved an issue I had with my website. As a result I experienced almost 1 month of downtime on my website, resulting in loosing way too many money.

I'm not sure what happened with Billing, but that almost gave me a heart attack. I'm glad my card had expired so that I wasn't charged all those fees. I don't know why they were added on, but it was resolved.

Requiring a unique 6 digit pin is wildly inconvenient and insecure. I never use this for anything and have to store it somewhere where it might be compromised. Two factor is much better and should be available as an option.

I have had A LOT OF ISSUES in 2023 and now in 2024 with my sites going down with INTERNAL SERVER ERROR messages. This is not the norm for Bluehost and I am very disappointed.
