1. a telephone call authentication... hate it... its 1985 tech... can i please disable additional athentication... nothing i have is that valuable... those that do... may.
I don't like the two extra steps I have to initiate when I log it and want simply to go to the control panel for our domains. I am referring to the chat window that automatically pops up and the advertisement for something (I don't even pay enough attention to it to know for what) that I have to click on a No, thanks link to dismiss.
I have to say no thanks to an ad every time I log in. The only reason I log in is to go to the cpanel which is not an option in the navigation so I have to click on hosting then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to be able to access the cpanel. I've contacted support to provide a CPanel link in the navigation but there has been no changes

Took too much of my personal time to resolve issue. Once I initially identified the issue why did it take some many calls and so many hours for you to fix. I have NO problem that you took so long to fix just that I had to spend so much time to get you to start to resolve the issue. Too much stress
Your customer service is pathetic, reaching your corporate office to address any issues is not existent and no one responds to emails either. The CSR's in the overseas call center constantly lie about issues that the client know exist. Changing to another provider.
This interface seems clunky and not user friendly. I need to take so many steps just to get to email.
My rating is part my lack of expertise. I'm finding it difficult to manipulate simple things like the alignment of my logo. But I'll figure it out. I believe this is a somewhat complex system, but may be totally doable. I'm finding it a little difficult to find help as well.

I click on a "chat" button and end up doing multiple choice from menus that do not address my issue. When I click on a chat button I want to be talking with a human being soon. This is on top of it now being difficult to even find the Cpanel interface, and that fact that my website got broken last night by something apparently on your end.

Extremely slow to get domains up and going. The dashboard has been very glitchy and sometimes won't load. I've been told several times my tech issues are resolved, but they are not.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
