The servers in portugal are just incredibly crazy slow... no explanations. No help or support regarding this matter. It's very frustrating and impossible to find help or troubleshoot.
Still going through the learning curve. Seems user friendly. First day got some errors. Keep on seeing a white screen upon logging into wordpress through bluehost.

Very nice! A learning experience but bluehost help center is there for when I'm having issues with my site or questions. Everything takes time but seems like it can be solved with patients.

My site divinecode. Page has been offline and non-responsive an excessive amount since May 12,2022 (at least). It was offline just now when I checked.
My only problem is when I open bluehost page to login my laptop internet security system shows a message saying"can't guarantee authenticity of the domain"

Everything about bluehost has been amazing- the only thing we have had trouble with is creating negative keywords for our sites (per request of our affiliates).
I needed help today and *******@bluehost.com (Thomas) was able to provide excellent service and he has so much patience in helping me with my login, etc.
Our sites are constantly experiencing downtime, email isn't working, and your support staff don't know the easiest things. Tired of all the bull$#*! Bluehost, about to move companies.
My site has been going off and on sporadically and every time I contact bluehost I'm told their servers are down. This is very disappointing considering the amount of money I pay to host with you.

I'm familiar with bluehost so initial setup was as expected. I'm only giving 4 stars due to new users may not understand how to apply themes or that email hosting is additional, etc.
In general is a good service... I dont use wordpress that much and I would like to have more independency at the time to design my web... no only stay with word press.
It's pretty complicated and overhwhelming to figure the system out. More instructional prompts and short training "how to" videos for first users would be helpful.
On hold for customer support. No answer after 20 minutes.

Your website still block my connection without any specific warning! I still have to use VPN to connect? How dare you still charge my money and block me at the same time!
