Bluehost has been extremely difficult to use. Once every month or so I am forced to reset my password without any warning. Which usually forces me to have to chat with someone. When I'm done using the chat to be helped, the chat remains open (even though I close it out) every time I come to the website, resulting in a very loud "ding" sound.
Keep offering me things I have no interest in when i log in :(
The looks of your website keeps changing making me wonder if it's a fictitious site.
Your website is forever malfunctioning, I'm constantly having to log out and back in, because it has trouble transferring over to wordpress. I really hope my costumers do not have trouble with my website once I launch, I absolutely do not think I will be renewing my contract with Bluehost. To much lagging on your hosting site

Today I could not log in with my regular log in. And when I put in the email to send me a reminder, it didn't recognize my email for about 10 times. Then sent me a login ID that I have never used before.
Service has been slow, rude and there is no real way to contact someone when you have a complaint, you are just passed onto the chat. I was told I was getting a refund and no one could tell me how much that would be. It didn't come through, I contacted Bluehost again and was told I wasn't eligible for a refund, despite the first person saying it would be with me in a few hours. Terrible service.
Unbelievable how unsupportive this costumer service is. A simple restore issue has taken more than a week and hours of monologues in chat.

After a being a customer for a long time I'm truly disappointed.
Support is not well, they lie a lot of time like yesterday they told me ssl is installed and it will take effect in 1 hour but even atfer 12 hours there is no ssl and this has happened to me before too

I have been a loyal Bluehost customer for over 15 years. Bluehost has always been good until recently. The New interface is not good. I have had to call and chat on various occasions because of several issues related to the new interface (such a billing issues and other issues like linking a new domain to my hosting acct and more)

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
