It's a little difficult to learn the difference between Bluehost and Wordpress. Maybe there are some tutorials I'm unaware of. I don't think its a bad reflection on Bluehost, though. I admit that I've been working on this only sporadically for months. I'd probably have a better understanding if I could dedicate a solid week or two to it.

I continue to experience problems with Bluehost. Whether it is emails not sending or being periodically locked out of my account, this service has been buggy and frustrating ever since your last major upgrade.
I have had a really terrible experience overall with bluehost in regards to switching my accounts and overall help in that way. Although I have had several very helpful individuals who I was able to connect with who helped me solve many issues, I mostly have not been able to get my issues fixed. I am extremely disappointed to be honest although I understand my underlying issue was slightly complex. I will say that the customer support has been exceptionally kind and very helpful. The last person I talked to was not and she hung up on me which I did not appreciate. Several times I was told I would get a call from a manager (I know I am such a Karen) however I don't believe I got the call. I am frustrated. I am just learning this stuff because I had to. I bought my own hosting because I tried to buy it from my ex-boyfriend (I know Karen) but he didn't do the transition thing (technical word) then that didn't work so I had to send pictures of me with my ID and that was supposed to work. I honestly am so confused and I wish I could get some answers. (Although most your tech support people I like a lot)

Logging in can be a real hassle sometimes. I just spent 15 minutes logging in with my CORRECT username and password, and it wasn't recognizing the correct information. It seems like every time I NEED to log into Bluehost, I run into a new problem that prevents me from getting my work done. Either I'm unable to login due to Cloudflare going down, or my password not being recognized, or something else. It happens way too frequently to ignore.
Also, there should be a way to disable the bell sound on the chat feature because it's annoying and despite my not needing it, the chat function also automatically opens up and starts pinging me with that bell sound. Please give me the option to turn off the chat or turn off the bell.
Bluehost is the only platform not willing to work with their customer's refund inquiries after 30 days of a product purchase.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
